Wilderness First Responder Recertification (WFR Recert)
The SOLO Wilderness First Responder Recertification course is designed for individuals who already hold a Wilderness First Responder (WFR) certification and need to renew it. This two-day course refreshes essential skills while updating participants on current wilderness medicine practices.
Course Highlights:
- Maintain Certification: SOLO WFR certifications expire every three years. This course renews your certification for another three-year cycle.
- Update Skills: Stay current with evolving medical best practices, wilderness protocols, and updated standards, including spine management and bleeding control.
- Hands-On Practice: Revisit and strengthen critical skills such as patient assessment, splinting, CPR, and evacuation decision-making through practical scenarios.
