Important Dates for 2026-2027

Housing Agreement Periods:

  • Fall semester: August 19th, 2026 - December 13th, 2026
  • Spring semester: January 7th, 2027 - May 9th, 2027
  • Full-academic year: August 19th, 2026 - May 9th, 2027

We do not offer summer student housing. 

Housing Application Deadlines:

Rolling application – first come, first serve. *If you are applying to housing after the agreement date, please email pwsc.housing@alaska.edu for further instructions. Please visit our Student Housing Forms page to learn more about how to apply for housing. 

Move-In Details 

  • Fall 2026 semester move-ins will occur on Wednesday, August 19th and Thursday, August 20th from 10am-5pm.
  • Spring 2027 semester move-in will occur on Thurdsay, January 7th from 10am-5pm.
