Prince William Sound College recently held a renaming ceremony for Sugarloaf Hall, now known as Suacit Hall. The new name honors the history of the land and the resilience of the Chugach Sugpiat people.
Employee spotlight: Eduardo (Eddie) Estrada
Eddie, whose full name is Eduardo Estrada, spent his childhood in the warm desert state of Arizona. At 12, he moved to Alaska, where he discovered his passion for commercial fishing, shaping his career and life.

Meeting with staff from Wrangell-St. Elias National Park, Athna Incorporated, and Bureau of Land Management informed students about recreation benefits from federal and Native Corporation perspectives.
