Enroll in PSY A111- Introduction to Psychology: This three-credit course delves into
the fascinating world of human behavior and mental processes. Throughout this course,
you will discover the foundational principles of psychology, gain insight into social
science research methods, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and others.
Dr. Kyra Meyer will be your instructor, covering various topics such as social science
research methods, personality, sensation, perception, psychological disorders, lifespan
development, memory, learning, thinking, language, and intelligence. Students will
also be introduced to abnormal psychology, which explores psychological disorders'
patterns, causes, and treatments.
