Greenhouse for sale

Prince William Sound College (PWSC) is offering the following property for sale: SALE BY BEST OFFER:
An 8Wx12Lx10H greenhouse built by the PWSC Construction Academy Program students was constructed at the PWSC Campus of the University of Alaska in Valdez campus and completed during the 2023-2024 academic school year.
Minimum bid:
$1000.00
CONDITION: “as is/where is”. The PWSC and the University of Alaska makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Greenhouse may be viewed Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm at 153 Pioneer, Valdez Alaska. (907) 834-1636.
Offers must be submitted to the PWSC Business Office located at 303 Lowe St. no later than Friday, Oct 14
Award will be made to the highest offeror, who will be notified within 5 working days. The college reserves the right to reject any or all offers. The successful offeror must make payment by certified check or cash within 5 days of notice and remove the greenhouse immediately upon payment.
