We are excited to announce our upcoming "Spotlight on the Artists of Alaska" series!
This series will showcase the fantastic talent and creativity of local artists. Our
first featured artist is Sarah Cochran, whose exhibit will be at the museum from August
5 to 22. The special exhibit will be in the Maxine & Jesse Whitney Museum Red Room,
providing a dedicated space to display unique artistic expressions inspired by Alaska's
stunning landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant communities.
Come and explore the stories, techniques, and inspirations behind remarkable works
of Alaskan art. Show support for the artists who capture the essence of Alaska in
their creations. Admission is free.
