Justice Neddles: The Journey of a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)

by V. Heisser  |

Born and raised in Valdez, Alaska, Justice Neddles has always had a love for the outdoors, whether it’s camping under the stars or swimming in the beautiful local lakes. She is also a passionate animal lover, sharing her home with three dogs, two cats, and her three-year-old daughter, who has been her biggest motivation since she became a teen mom. After completing the CNA program at Prince William Sound College (PWSC), Justice gained valuable skills and a solid foundation in healthcare, which significantly changed her career path.

The training provided her with the confidence and competence necessary to enter the medical field. This is just the beginning for her, as she plans to continue her education and become a registered nurse. Justice currently works at the Extended Care Center at Providence Valdez Medical Center in Valdez, Alaska. The environment at the facility is incredibly supportive and positive, and she truly enjoys going to work every day. Providence has been flexible with her schedule, allowing her to balance work and parenting effectively. For Justice, it’s more than just a job; it’s a place that has helped her grow and build a better future for herself and her daughter.
