2024 Schedule of Events
Friday, March 15
9am – 1pm Set-up
1pm – 4pm Tournament Registration and Open Range
4pm – 5pm Archery Instruction: Free, Ages 7 - Adult - Limited space
5pm – 5:30pm Fun Shoot for Kids! – kids under 12 free - Everyone is a winner!
6pm – 8pm Fun Shoot – 3D Animal Round - $20.00 entry fee– Split the Pot
Saturday, March 16
7am – 8am Tournament Registration and Open Range
8am – 10:30am Vegas 300 Round first line
11am - Noon Fun Shoot - Crazy Cards - $20.00 entry fee– Cash Prize
1pm – 3:30pm Vegas 300 Round second line
3:30pm -4:00pm NEW for ‘24 Moving Target Challenge - $20.00 entry fee– Spilt the Pot
4:30pm - 6:45pm Vegas 300 Round third line
7pm Range Closes
7:15pm - 9:00pm Dinner Social and Dessert Auction – Dinner by donation – door prizes

8am – 10:30 Vegas 300 Round first line
11am – 1:30pm Vegas 300 Round second line
1:30pm – 2:30pm Open Range
2:30pm – 3:30pm Top Ten Shoot Off - $500.00 - winner takes all!
4pm - 5pm Tournament Closed

Two-day Vegas 600 Round Tournament – PWSC ViVA rules apply - entry fees waived for PWSC Valdez Archery Club Members (cubs under 12 shoot free)
