Prince William Sound College Student Association (PWSCSA) manages student organizations, creates campus events, and advocates for all PWSC students.

    Learn more about the PWSCSA

Students who want to build skills and invest in the campus community are encouraged to get involved with the Prince William Sound College Student Association (PWSCSA), the Archery Club, Student Mentoring Program, or Phi Theta Kappa. Students interested in forming a club or other organization can learn about the process from the Student Affairs office in Valdez or contact pwsc.student.services@alaska.edu. Organizations at the Copper Basin and Cordova Extension Sites are encouraged. PWSC clubs may be formed to cater to a wide range of interests, from activist groups to sports to quilting clubs. A limited amount of financial support is awarded each year by Student Association to student organizations who submit club approval forms early, while funding lasts. Student groups must be approved by Student Association and on record to use any college resources or facilities for meetings and events.
