Occupational Endorsement Certificate (OEC) in Construction Skills
This is a series of courses taken over one semester that will prepare students for careers in residential or small facility maintenance and repair. Students who complete these courses gain skills to perform interior and exterior tasks including basic carpentry, weatherization, plumbing, and electrical repairs with a focus on safety and developing employability skills.
These courses cover carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. The sessions will be a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on skill building and training.

- Minimum 2.0 GPA

Cost Per Credit: $234 (for both in-state and out-of-state students); Grants, scholarships, and other financial aid is available for qualifying students and programs.
