The Occupational Endorsement Certificate (OEC) in Web Engineering curriculum prepares students for a career and gain practical skills in web development and design. Learn how to combine HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL database content into commercially-oriented web pages that are valid, accessible, and compliant.

Alaska high-schoolers qualify for a grant that will cover all tuition and housing expenses for the Spring 2023 and Fall 2023 Semesters! Adult learners and non-high school students may be eligible for scholarships, grants, and other financial aid!
Student Housing
The PWSC Valdez Campus offers students fully furnished, apartment-style student housing. Both full-time and part-time students can live in our on-campus housing. Each residence has a laundry facility and lounge on site.
